Refund Policy

Returns

We do not offer any refund for the products purchased, however a product may be exchanged with another product.
This Policy is applicable till 15 days of your products delivered. After 15 days have we wont be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in a good condition.
To complete Exchange process, you have to fill in the form with proof, our team will verify & accept according to the data filled in by you.

A return or exchange will be invalidated if

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If returns initiated 15 days after delivery.
Items like car cleaner, perfumes and similar products can not be returned/exchanged.

Right to judge, if the product is applicable for return is with Wheel o Zen and the company shall take a call on the request basis the request description and company policies.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within 7-10 working days.
*Note sale items won’t be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Replacement of items will only be valid if they are defective or damaged or incase of wrong delivery.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items shipped by you to us for a return shall be considered only if received and verified by our team. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, return shipment by you if lost during transit shall not be the liability of Wheel O Zen.
Delivery time for seat covers may take time up to 7 to 12 days to deliver as they are customized items and 5 to 7 days for other items which are ready in stock.
